Description
Toho Water Authority is soliciting qualifications for projects to expand the dewatering system and improve process controls at the Southside Water Reclamation Facility. The proposed upgrades are intended to improve the facility’s overall function, capacity, and reliability; the facility currently has a rated capacity of 7.6 million gallons per day annual average daily flow. The solicitation identifies supporting documents including solicitation response forms, a CMAR contract, preconstruction amendment, GMP amendment, and the main solicitation document.
