Description
The Marblehead Housing Authority is soliciting bids for the Sump Pump Upgrades project at Farrell Court (667-3), Green Street Court (667-2), and New Farrell Court (667-4) in Marblehead, MA. The project scope includes the replacement of existing sump pumps and the installation of new sump pump basins and controls. The estimated cost for this project is $97,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149, sections 44A-J, and minimum wage rates. This project requires electronic bidding, and hard copy bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted online by June 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT for general bids. General bids will be received until July 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT and opened online. A bid deposit of not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount is required. Bid forms and contract documents are available electronically at biddocs.com. The contract also includes workforce participation benchmarks of 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities, as per M.G.L. c.149, section 44A(2)(G).
