Description
The selected contractor will supply and install masonry for a multi-storey residential building, including interior and exterior block walls, hand-laid brick facade, granite cladding, and a brick-rubble gabion wall. The work also includes related masonry components and finishes such as mortar, reinforcement, flashing, firestopping, lintel blocks, parging, door frames, and elevator beam-pocket infill. The contractor must provide materials, labour, equipment, coordination, mock-ups, shop drawings, and installation across the building’s parking, ground, mezzanine, and residential levels.
