Description
UNDP is seeking a contractor to construct a flood protection wall at Nawabad Laqaya Village. The work includes foundation excavation, backfilling and compaction, stone masonry, plain cement concrete, joint sealing and pointing, drainage pipes and gravel filters, and site clearance and restoration. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, quality control, and safety measures, and complete the work in accordance with the supplied drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities. The project also includes material testing through an authorized third-party laboratory, worker safety equipment and training, community engagement and gender/PSEA awareness activities, and project signage. The stated project duration is six months. Bidders must provide relevant construction experience, financial information, ongoing-project details, and qualifications and CVs for key personnel; the award is to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer.
