Description
The California State Lottery is conducting market research on sustainable alternatives to its petroleum-based polybag mailers for shipping scratch-ticket orders and returning unsold tickets. Potential products should be water-resistant, tamper-resistant, opaque, customizable in size and exterior branding, and capable of accommodating an external sealable pouch for invoices or manifests. The Lottery is interested in vendors able to supply approximately 1.6 million units annually and requests information on materials, production location, lead times, pricing per thousand, durability, and customization options. This is a non-binding RFI; no contract will be awarded as a result of this request.
