Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to maintain and repair Pine Bluff Arsenal’s DAQ Starwatch/ICIDS-V integrated security systems. The scope includes intrusion detection, electronic entry control, CCTV, and fire detection systems; preventive maintenance; corrective repairs; replacement parts; continuous database administration; system testing; records and reporting; and 24-hour service-call support. The contractor must also remove existing duress equipment and install and program one RADC-5 panel, one wireless receiver, three wireless duress buttons, and associated cabling. The contractor must provide at least one full-time DAQ Starwatch ICIDS-V-certified technician, personnel with at least three years of relevant experience, and a NICET IV fire alarm engineer on staff. Personnel must satisfy installation access, background-check, badge, and minimum Confidential clearance requirements. The anticipated contract is a base year from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, plus four one-year option periods through September 30, 2031. Quotes must use the provided price matrix and include the required capability statement and vendor CAGE code.
