Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command–Rock Island is seeking qualified vendors capable of providing an automated fluidized bed mixer facility modernization for end use at Pine Bluff Arsenal. The opportunity is conducted as a Commercial Solution Opportunity under DFARS Subpart 212.70 and supports the supply of innovative commercial items, technologies, and services meeting the attached Statement of Objectives and contractor submission requirements. The solicitation identifies NAICS 333248, All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, and incorporates DFARS 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements—Basic. Vendors must submit a Phase 1 package addressing the stated technical and commercial requirements, provide a CAGE Code and email address, and have the package signed by a corporate officer or an individual authorized in writing by a corporate officer. The package must remain valid for 240 days from submission and must be submitted by email no later than October 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time.
