Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a single firm-fixed-price contract for 6,600 piston plate assemblies manufactured in accordance with Drawing 12630556, Revision E, plus 15 preproduction assemblies for first article testing. The requirement is a noncommercial supply acquisition under simplified acquisition procedures and will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest-priced offeror. It is a 100% small-business set-aside under NAICS 332721, with a 500-employee size standard. The contractor must provide first article/preproduction samples, dimensional and material certifications for the piston plate and stainless steel foil tape components, first article and lot acceptance test reports, packaging and marking, and delivery to Pine Bluff Arsenal. Inspection and acceptance are at destination, and the delivery schedule is 60 calendar days from the applicable lead-time event or award. Quotes must use the provided Price Matrix and include the vendor's CAGE code and DUNS number.
