Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to repair localized and damaged concrete surfaces in the Region 3 Headquarters shop and boiler room, restore the floor, and improve mechanical ventilation to reduce moisture buildup. Unit prices must include all costs necessary to complete the project, including labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and other incidentals. The State may award items separately, by group, or by total, and will award to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms and conditions. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal using Event ID 2000018676 and the latest event version; email and fax submissions are not accepted. Contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will have their responses rejected. The event includes additional attachments that vendors must review and follow.
