Description
Alief Independent School District is seeking percentage-off discounts from multiple vendors for plumbing equipment and supplies, including ceramic fixtures, drains, drinking fountains and repair parts, flush valves and repair parts, faucets and repair parts, handwasher repair parts, pipe and pipe fittings, domestic hot water heaters and repair parts, regulators, stainless-steel sinks, and valves. Vendors may propose discounts for listed and additional products, identify brands and models, and offer equivalent alternatives. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis using purchase orders, with estimated annual usage distributed across multiple orders. Deliveries must be factory-sealed, clearly marked with the purchase order number, and generally completed within 30 calendar days of the order unless otherwise specified. Multiple vendors may be awarded incrementally to create a qualified vendor pool from which the District will obtain competitive quotations. The contract term is three years, from March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2028, with possible month-to-month extension by mutual consent if another proposal is not yet executed. Responses are submitted through the electronic bidding system and must include the required portal responses, a completed W-9, and either the required 1295 form or evidence of exemption, as applicable.
