Description
Education Service Center Region 13, on behalf of the Technology Alliance for Statewide Initiatives, is soliciting proposals for a configurable, cloud-based platform providing phishing simulations, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence awareness training, role-based learning, risk assessments, reporting, and analytics. The solution must support self-paced or blended learning, scalable deployment across educational organizations, secure authentication and role-based administration, integrations with directory and security platforms, and exportable reporting. The awarded vendor must provide licenses or subscriptions, implementation and onboarding, configuration, technical support, customer service, maintenance, updated training content, and ongoing account management. Required capabilities include K-12-relevant content, student training access at no additional cost through individual accounts or SCORM export, at least one DIR-certified artificial intelligence awareness program, and at least one Texas Cyber Command-certified cybersecurity awareness program. Proposals are limited to 30 pages, with section-specific page limits, and must include pricing for four statewide staff-license tiers. The contract is expected to run from September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028, with up to three additional one-year extensions.
