Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to design, prepare, deliver, and assess a practical digital literacy and digital skills training program under its Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Skills Project. The assignment includes developing a detailed workplan, lesson plans, training materials, practical exercises, templates, digital toolkits, and pre- and post-training assessment tools; delivering hands-on training; tracking attendance and completion; documenting participant outputs and learning progress; and providing follow-up and final reporting. Training will cover computer fundamentals, file management, Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Workspace, professional email and collaboration, generative artificial intelligence, digital marketing and Canva, cybersecurity, data privacy, and online safety. Delivery is expected to use approximately 20% guided instruction and 80% hands-on practice, primarily for youth, job seekers, entrepreneurs, and adult learners. The consultant must provide an all-inclusive financial proposal, demonstrate at least a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, and be fluent in Tetum with working proficiency in English.
