Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting quotations for 8,040 Marine Corps men's long-sleeve dress shirts across 29 specified sizes. The shirts must conform to MIL-S-3649G, MIL-S-3649 Attachment 1A, and the April 26, 2006 pattern, with domestic-origin materials and components required under the Berry Amendment. The requirement includes specified preservation, packaging, marking, commercial packaging, DLA labeling, and military shipping standards. The contractor must provide item-, case-, and pallet-level RFID labeling, complete production and shipping data through the designated systems, and submit three pre-production samples in size 15 1/2 x 33 within 30 days after award. Full-scale production may not begin until written sample approval is issued. The acquisition is a 100% small-business set-aside, with inspection and acceptance at origin, FOB destination, and delivery required within 120 days after order. Quotations are evaluated on aggregate price and past performance and must be submitted through the designated online bid system.
