Description
The State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services is seeking a supplier to renew ChicagoSoft QwickRef software maintenance and support for the period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The solicitation is open market after a prior MBE-sheltered posting received no quotes, and award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. Responders must complete the item grid, questionnaire, Supplement A covering state IT policy, standards, and service requirements, and the supplier acceptance of requirements and terms and conditions. The response must also include the complete Data Security and Privacy Terms in a single section with the required acknowledgment statement. An applicable software license agreement or privacy policy should be attached. The agency may renew the contract for up to three additional one-year terms, subject to satisfactory performance and state needs.
