Description
The Canadian Institutes of Health Research's Digital and Security Services branch is seeking one qualified Level 3 Programmer/Analyst resource on an as-requested basis to support information management and information technology projects. The work includes designing, developing, unit testing, and implementing enhancements to existing systems; creating new technical solutions; developing custom applications or portals using traditional or low-code platforms; and conducting options analyses to identify suitable tools or services. This is a selective RFP limited to qualified holders of the TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-170432 under Stream 1, Applications Services, Category A.7 Programmer/Analyst—Level 3. The requirement has Protected A and Protected B security requirements, including Designated Organization Screening for the organization and Reliability Status for the resource. The proposed contract has a one-year initial period from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with two additional one-year extension options.
