Description
The Henderson County Fiscal Court is inviting sealed bids for the Henderson County Court Clerk Office Safety Renovations project. The work involves safety renovations to the Court Clerk Office located at 20 N. Main Street, Henderson, KY 42420. Contract documents, drawings, and specifications may be obtained from Maco-Evansville Blue after August 11th with a $100 deposit. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 20th, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Court Clerk's Office. Bids are due by 9:00 AM local time on September 8, 2026. A bid bond or certified check for 5% of the bid amount is required. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest and best evaluated bid prices.
