Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane intends to procure Tri-Beam Emitter and Receiver (TBEAR) Lasers, Power Supply Control Units (PSCU), cable assemblies, and other components. These are required for installation in Multi-Spectral Targeting Systems (MTS) utilized on various Navy, Army, Air Force, and Special Operational Forces platforms. This is a sole source procurement action under Basic Ordering Agreement N0016422GJQ65, intended for award in Q4 FY2026. Raytheon Company, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), is the only source with the necessary expertise, knowledge, and facilities to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays or duplication of costs. The government is not soliciting competitive proposals, but interested sources may submit capability statements or proposals to be considered for re-evaluating the sole source justification. Contractors must be registered in SAM and JCP to receive controlled attachments.
