Description
Shiawassee County Road Commission is requesting bids for the supply of No. 2 diesel fuel (minimum 40 cetane, ULSD) and no-lead fuel (minimum 87 octane) for the contract period from November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024. The contract includes delivered diesel to seven locations with 1,000-gallon storage tanks each, as well as station pickup for diesel and no-lead fuel. Annual estimated volumes are 55,000 gallons delivered diesel, 60,000 gallons diesel station pickup, and 10,000 gallons no-lead station pickup. Bidders must provide a lock-in over cost per gallon for summer and winter diesel and for no-lead fuel.
