Description
The Shiawassee County Road Commission is accepting applications for permits to work within, occupy, maintain, or temporarily close a county road right-of-way. Applicants must submit a completed application form with location details, work schedule, and required documentation including plans, proof of insurance, and traffic control plans. The permit requires compliance with Road Commission regulations, MDOT standards, and includes requirements for insurance, bonding, and indemnification. Work is restricted to weekdays 8 AM to 5 PM, and permit holders must notify the Road Commission before starting and upon completion.
