The Town of Carthage is requesting qualifications from engineering firms for professional services related to water system improvements. These services will encompass the preparation of engineered plans, specifications, and related documents, as well as project coordination, construction management, and general project oversight for various projects funded by a state appropriation. The selected firm will be responsible for documenting and ensuring project eligibility and compliance with all funding requirements. Specific improvements include upgrades to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), pump modifications, well work, and the replacement of approximately 800 linear feet of water main in the Needmore community.
