Description
The School District of Manatee County is soliciting proposals from USAC-approved and qualified firms to provide internal-connections equipment for existing district sites. Attachment A lists substantial quantities of Aruba and Extreme Networks equipment, or fully equivalent products, including chassis switches, power supplies, PoE and SFP modules, transceivers, Wi-Fi 7 wireless access points, and five-year cloud-management and support subscriptions. Proposals must price every item in Attachment A and meet the stated technical requirements, including Layer 3 switching, 10-gigabit fiber connectivity, PoE capability, integration with Aruba ClearPass, cloud and on-premises management options, OEM original packaging, warranties, support, delivery, and applicable installation and site responsibilities. The contract period is July 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028, with a possible extension to complete the E-rate-funded project.
