Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to Instron for an AlignPro kit and related service. The requirement is described as a direct replacement and upgrade of existing equipment, and the work must be performed by the original equipment manufacturer. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for quotations; no competitive RFQ is expected. Interested parties may submit a concise capability statement demonstrating the ability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must maintain active registration and meet applicable Defense Logistics Information Service certification requirements to access controlled or export-controlled information.
