Description
This Request for Information seeks commercial sources capable of providing training and related support for Cessna 208B Caravan EX aircraft with Garmin 1000 avionics and Pilatus PC-12 NG aircraft with Honeywell Primus Apex avionics. Potential services include initial and recurrent pilot, Mission Systems Operator, and Loadmaster training; ground, systems, emergency-procedure, IFR, crew-coordination, mission, and flight training; and maintenance training covering airframe, powerplant, avionics, electrical, aircraft systems, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and related technical procedures. Respondents should describe their experience, facilities, aircraft, simulators or flight-training devices, instructors, courseware, mobile or deployed training capability, training records, quality and safety processes, international-student support, and capacity. The response must include a capability statement of no more than 12 pages, excluding attachments, addressing the specified capability areas, along with the completed Capability Matrix attachment.
