Description
Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. is seeking qualified professional services to support implementation of its Historic and Cultural Resource Guidelines across planning, design, development, construction, asset management, partnership activities, project delivery workflows, improvement programs, adaptive reuse initiatives, corridor planning, and stakeholder coordination. The consultant will serve as an on-call preservation subject matter expert providing technical guidance, advisory services, preservation coordination, and cultural resource stewardship support. The solicitation is an open RFP with a one-year base term and three optional one-year renewals. Proposals must include a PDF proposal and the required submittal forms, including the DBE Utilization Plan, affidavits, conflict-of-interest certificate, certification forms, addenda receipt if issued, checklist, and claims, disputes, and responsibilities form. Supporting materials are optional and must be submitted as PDF files.
