Description
This solicitation is for the furnishing and delivery of tack coat, specifically Cut-Back Asphalt Grade RC-70 and Emulsified Asphalt Grade CSS1-H, as required by the Middlesex County Department of Transportation, Office of Public Works, Division of Highways. The contract period will commence from the date of award for a period of 12 consecutive months. Deliveries are to be made to specified locations within Middlesex County between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on regular business days. The method of award will be based on the lowest total lump sum amount submitted on the bid sheet, with adjustments made based on delivery costs and vendor performance.
