The Gloucester County Improvement Authority is seeking a licensed provider for mobile diagnostic services for residents of Shady Lane Nursing Home. Required services include X-rays, ultrasounds, Doppler studies, EKGs, and Holter monitoring. X-rays, ultrasounds, Doppler studies, and EKGs must be provided on the day ordered; Holter monitoring must be provided within 72 hours of the order. The provider must maintain all required federal and New Jersey licenses, certifications, and qualifications for its technologists and provide service availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Online reports, imaging, ordering, posting, and integration with Sigma Care electronic documentation must be available continuously at no cost to the nursing home. The provider must provide free chest X-rays for nursing-home employees to rule out tuberculosis and directly invoice residents and applicable Medicare, Medicaid, managed-care, or other third-party payers. Proposals must include any proposed retainer, the services covered by the retainer, hourly billing rates, and all fees; travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
