Description
The Southeastern Virginia Training Center is soliciting a term contractor to provide on-site bedside mobile radiology services for patients, residents, and staff who cannot be transported to an imaging center. The scope includes digital X-rays with diagnostic interpretation, EKGs, ultrasounds, arterial and venous Doppler studies, 2-D echocardiograms, bladder scans, Holter monitoring, employee X-rays, cancellation or trip charges, and STAT or emergency services. The contractor must provide Direct Radiography equipment, licensed and certified radiology personnel, typed imaging reports, secure electronic image transmission, training for facility staff, and same-day or expedited reporting. Regular services require response within four hours, while emergency services must be available 24/7 with a two-hour response and reporting requirement. The initial contract period runs from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with four successive one-year renewal periods.
