Description
The Air National Guard is requesting a rapidly deployable, autonomous radar system capable of detecting, tracking, and classifying small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS) threats. This system is intended for domestic operations, homeland defense, defense support of civil authorities, base defense, and agile combat employment. The system must provide persistent, wide-area surveillance using passive or low-emission sensors (e.g., Radio Frequency, Electro-Optical/Infrared, or Acoustics) to avoid electromagnetic interference. Key functionalities include real-time classification of targets (bird vs. drone vs. clutter), operation in RF-congested and urban environments, and independent operation without cloud connectivity. The system must also feature a non-proprietary open API for integration with existing command and control architectures and provide a real-time, comprehensive sUAS air picture to the Base Defense Operations Center via a secure user interface. This is a total small business set-aside, and award will be based on the lowest price. Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. eastern on June 29, 2026. The delivery address is 174th Attack Wing, 6001 E.
