Description
Clover Park School District is soliciting bids for labor and materials to install owner-furnished IP security cameras and associated components at seven district sites. The work includes installation, configuration, programming, testing, mounting hardware, PoE equipment, Category 6A and fiber cabling, raceways, enclosures, patch panels, and related telecommunications infrastructure. The system is a cloud-based video management system using existing licenses, with cameras including indoor and outdoor single-sensor, multi-sensor, bullet, and FLEX models. The contractor must be a manufacturer-certified reseller or dealer, have at least five years of relevant security-video experience, and have completed at least five comparable projects within the past five years. The scope also requires acceptance testing, post-system testing, record drawings, an updated IP device matrix, operation and maintenance documentation, warranties, and coordination across seven occupied school facilities. The solicitation estimates the contract at $536,316, with substantial completion scheduled for August 20, 2027, and final completion scheduled for September 17, 2027.
