48-Hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center Program

Description
The County of Burlington is soliciting proposals for a one-year 48-hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center program serving county residents required by law or court order to attend. The provider must deliver the State-required curriculum, education classes, face-to-face screening and interview evaluations, referrals to appropriate levels of care, substance-abuse treatment resources, and administrative tracking of client compliance, including notices and rescheduling. The provider must enter required information into the New Jersey Substance Abuse Monitoring System and DUI Tracking System. The provider must operate facilities capable of housing and maintaining clients for 48 consecutive hours, provide nutritious meals, and ensure client safety, accessibility, and regulatory compliance. Staffing must include at least one on-site Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with additional counselors qualified at least as Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors. The contract is for one base year beginning January 1, 2027, with two one-year options at the County's discretion.
