Description
The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking professional planning consulting services for an Affordable Housing Planner and a pool of one or more Special Projects Planners. One vendor will be selected for the Affordable Housing Planner role, while one or more vendors may be selected for the Special Projects Planner pool. Appointments are for calendar year 2027, with price and other factors considered. The Affordable Housing Planner will advise the Township regarding its Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and may need to attend Township Council, Planning Board, Zoning Board, and court proceedings on an as-needed basis. Special Projects Planners will perform planning projects under detailed scopes of work issued by the Township and submit project-specific cost proposals, with written authorization required before work begins. A separate submission with all required documents is required for each specialty pursued; one submission covering multiple specialties will not be accepted. Each specialty submission requires one original proposal with original signatures, one exact copy, and an electronic copy on a flash drive.
