Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires 24 linear feet of 6-foot-by-4-foot precast reinforced concrete box culverts and two precast reinforced custom Type 1 box culvert end sections with stoplog channels and grate platforms. The requirement includes associated accessories, embeds, tie rods, joint materials, water-level gauges, transportation, unloading, and installation in accordance with the provided plans and Iowa Department of Transportation standards. The contractor must provide shop drawings for Government approval before casting and deliver and unload the supplies at the Middle Dike at Union Slough National Wildlife Refuge by May 1, 2027. Award is contemplated as a firm-fixed-price contract using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation, with technical acceptability, past performance, and price evaluated on a pass/fail or reasonableness basis as applicable. Amendment 0002 extends the offer deadline to September 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
