Description
B&T Drainage, Inc. is seeking qualified disadvantaged businesses for subcontracting opportunities on the Village of Toledo Water System Improvements Project located in Toledo, Illinois. The project is in Cumberland County. Subcontracting opportunities include asphalt, concrete redi-mix, trucking, restoration, and seeding. Bids will be selected based on responsiveness, work history, price, and responsibility. Interested businesses must contact John Boyer in writing via certified letter with return receipt requested to discuss opportunities. All negotiations must be completed prior to March 30, 2026. A current disadvantaged business enterprise certification must accompany any written proposal or quotation.
