Description
The Cary Park District is soliciting sealed bids to renovate the EPDM roofing membrane at the Cary Park District Community Center. The project is located at 255 Briargate Road in Cary, Illinois. Bid packets will be available September 18, 2026. Sealed proposals must be delivered by 1:00 p.m. on October 2, 2026, and identified as “Sealed Bid—EPDM Roofing Renovation.” The Board of Commissioners expects to consider the purchase recommendation at its October 22, 2026, meeting. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities.
