Description
The City of La Salle is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Oak Ridge Subdivision Concrete Repair Program. The work includes repairing and replacing portions of concrete pavement, including approximately 530 square yards of geogrid, 476 square yards of concrete pavement removal, 476 square yards of aggregate base course, 476 square yards of 7-inch high-early-strength Portland cement concrete pavement, 54 square yards of Class B patches, and 4,770 square feet of concrete sealer, along with related work shown in the plans and specifications. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide a contract bond equal to 100% of the bid amount, conditioned on faithful performance and payment. Illinois prevailing-wage requirements apply to the construction work. Plans and specifications are available from the City Engineer's office or the city's Engineering Department webpage.
