Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Chicago District requires expert-level human factors analysis, safety analytics, psychological health program evaluation, and workforce data correlation services. The contractor must analyze at least five years of safety, accident, and human factors program data; evaluate reporting systems and datasets including employee surveys, incident reports, safety boards, workers’ compensation claims, and related enterprise systems; audit psychological health programs such as resilience initiatives, employee assistance programs, and behavioral health resources; and correlate training completion rates with incident occurrences. Deliverables include actionable risk-mitigation recommendations, executive summaries, white papers, and leadership presentations focused on reducing workforce risk factors, improving organizational resilience, and lowering workers’ compensation costs. The notice states that the Government intends to obtain a quote solely from TOR INTELLIGENCE, LLC because only one source is reasonably available, although responsible sources may submit capability information for consideration.
