Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency is soliciting a single-source solution for the procurement and installation of three hard-case office furniture sets, including desks, returns, credenzas, overhead storage, lateral files, bookcases, task lights, tackboards, storage towers, and chairs. Furniture must meet the stated salient characteristics, including approximately 8-by-9-foot-6-inch L-shaped configurations, heritage walnut or similar finishes, specified chair features, and related electrical connections. The contractor must remove five Teknion cube workstations from Room 2210 and reinstall them in open office area Room 2011, relocate six 60-inch Eaton/Wright Line hot-seat workstations from Room 1513 to Room 2210, reconnect furniture power, preserve and reposition IT cabling, construct the hot-seat furniture wall, replace up to six raised-floor panels if needed, clean or secure work areas, and provide layout deliverables within 30 days after award. Work is to be performed inside the DISA Global building, with site access coordinated in advance; all personnel must be U.S. citizens, and uncleared personnel must be escorted. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside and is structured as a one-year firm-fixed-price contract. Amendment 1 extends the response deadline to noon Central Standard Time on September 21, 2026.
