Description
The Virginia Lottery is seeking qualified travel agencies with demonstrated experience managing complex travel logistics and delivering high-level service for incentive travel, prize fulfillment programs, and VIP experiences. The selected contractor will coordinate travel arrangements for lottery winners and promotional events, providing a seamless and premium experience for participants. The solicitation also requires 24/7 traveler support with a one-hour response standard. A Virginia SWaM-certified subcontractor is identified as able to support this function, but no award has been made.
