Description
The City of Smithville is soliciting sealed bids for the Second Creek Sidewalk Improvements project, consisting of construction of a multiuse trail in Smithville. The work includes grading, concrete trail pavement, pedestrian facilities, sidewalk curb ramps, and drainage improvements. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal form in a sealed envelope. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to at least 5% of the bid amount is required. The successful bidder must execute the contract and provide a performance bond and other required certificates after award. The project has a 0% DBE goal.
