Description
The City of Lumberton is soliciting proposals for grant administration services and qualifications for professional engineering services related to a Community Development Block Grant-Infrastructure project. The project involves rehabilitation by lining in place of approximately 3,165 linear feet of 8- to 15-inch gravity sewer piping, 11 manholes, and associated appurtenances, with no increase in capacity. Grant administration will support compliance with applicable federal CDBG-I requirements. Engineering services will include preparation of a final engineering report, subsequent engineering design and bid-package services, and construction inspection services after release of funds. The project has a stated three-year timeframe, and the grant award is $764,558.
