Description
This Sources Sought/RFI concerns anticipated non-personal training support services for Army Special Operations Forces courses and exercises. The contractor would provide exercise management, specialized 18-series instructors, observer/controllers, role players and opposing forces, guerrilla chiefs, site and lane managers, student-management support, human-resources specialists, logistics and resupply personnel, communications support, electronics technicians, weapons and range support, and exercise-support-cell personnel. The scope also includes training infrastructure preparation and maintenance, small-arms maintenance, unit supply support, transportation, scenario and role-player preparation, after-action reviews, training-material support, and related administrative and security functions. The draft PWS identifies a 14-day phase-in, an 11-month base period, and four additional ordering periods. Personnel and the contractor must meet extensive security, clearance, screening, physical, qualification, and field-performance requirements, including a Secret facility clearance and Secret clearances for specified personnel. Responses must include company and point-of-contact information, UEI, business size, FCL, CMMC UID, and a statement of capability addressing relevant SOF experience, recruitment and retention, similarly sized contracts, and contract management; optional non-binding ROM pricing may also be provided.
