Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks information from qualified firms capable of providing Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordination services for the Religious Support Office at USAG-Fort Bragg. This is a market research notice, not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The anticipated services include administrative and communications support; monthly calendars, weekly bulletins, community registration, liturgical and Eucharistic preparation, sacramental record management, quarterly reporting support, Catholic community event logistics and publicity, attendance and supply reporting, and logistical support for weekly religious education classes. The coordinator must be Catholic in good standing, able to obtain Catechist certification from the Archdiocese for the Military Services within 90 days of award, and comply with applicable Catholic, military, and installation policies. The draft PWS identifies Fort Bragg as the place of performance, requires a Tier 1 background check with State Criminal History Repository screening for personnel working with children, and states that the period of performance is to be determined.
