Description
The City of Auburn is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering and/or architectural firms licensed to practice in New York to develop a master plan for improvements to the City's Public Works Facility. Initial services include facility evaluation, surveying, an industrial hygiene study, geotechnical evaluation, planning, and preliminary design. The City will also evaluate firms' qualifications to provide subsequent 100% design, bidding services, and design services through construction. The selected consultant will help develop a comprehensive facility improvement strategy aligned with state funding requirements and designed to maximize eligibility for reimbursement through programs such as CHIPS, State Touring Routes, and other applicable state and federal funding sources.
