Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks IP surveillance solutions to be offered as a service by the Western New York Regional Information Center (WNYRIC) for its member school districts. The contract term is for three years, with annual renewals, and will cover over 100 school districts across five BOCES. The scope includes providing and supporting IP surveillance systems, including video management software, server monitoring, remote support, and camera installation. The solution can be hosted at the participating school district or in a commercial cloud environment within the United States or Canada. Vendors are responsible for primary support, training, and implementation, and will utilize the WNYRIC's ServiceNow system for incident tracking. The WNYRIC reserves the right to purchase licenses and approve hardware separately, and all equipment must be shipped to the WNYRIC for inventory before installation. Subcontracting is not permitted for providing IP surveillance services. Pricing structures include both an 'A La Carte' option for on-premise servers and storage, and an 'All Inclusive Service' option for on-premise, cloud, or cloud storage solutions. Vendors must also provide training and user group meetings at no cost to the districts.
