Description
The City of Marysville is seeking a qualified architect or multidisciplinary engineering team to support the relocation and development of a public works operations center at former school district property. The initial phase includes comprehensive site surveys; structural, architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems assessments; as-built documentation; operational needs and fit analysis for public works divisions; programming plans; phased improvement recommendations; conceptual designs for up to five site and facility configurations; preliminary cost and schedule estimates; stormwater planning; and public outreach and permitting assistance. The work will support water, sewer, stormwater, solid waste, streets, parks, fleet, facilities, traffic, administration, emergency operations, information technology infrastructure, and on-site fleet fueling functions. Future phases may include detailed facility and site design, construction documents, permitting support, and construction administration at the City's discretion. Statements of qualifications are limited to 30 single-sided pages or 15 double-sided pages, excluding staff resumes, and must follow the required three-section format covering qualifications and experience, approach and capability, and performance. The submission must include the City's contact information form as its first page and up to five relevant past-project examples with detailed reference information.
