Description
The City of Lake Stevens is soliciting bids from a qualified contractor for sidewalk and curb ramp improvements. Work includes replacing concrete sidewalk panels and ADA-compliant curb ramps, trimming roots, removing specified stumps before reconstruction, and providing all required labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, traffic control, delivery, insurance, and construction administration. The project is a Small Works Roster contract with an engineer’s estimate of $235,000. The contractor must comply with Washington prevailing-wage requirements, obtain a City business license before performing work, provide a certificate of insurance naming the City as an additional insured, and complete the work substantially by December 31, 2026. A 12-month warranty applies after final acceptance.
