Description
The City seeks a complete furnishing solution for a new maintenance office building, including freestanding desks and workstations, mobile pedestals, bookshelves, office and guest chairs, breakroom seating and table, and conference and engineering library tables. The listed quantities include 16 conference and engineering library tables, 40 conference/library chairs, and multiple desk configurations; equivalent or better products are permitted if they meet the stated functional, dimensional, quality, finish, warranty, and fit requirements. The selected vendor must provide a coordinated furniture plan and product information, verify fit, and furnish, deliver inside, stage by room, unpack, assemble, level, adjust, and remove packaging. The proposal must include a furniture schedule, product data and visuals, room-fit information, delivery and assembly approach, warranty and service details, qualifications and references, a completed W-9, and insurance attestation or documentation. Completed Attachment A pricing must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope, in printed and electronic Excel formats. Furniture must be freestanding; building attachment, hardwiring, and trade installation are excluded.
