Description
The City seeks a consultant to provide meter data management for its Energy Imbalance Market participation as a Scheduling Coordinator. Services include reading and recording approximately 13 meters, applying the City's validation, editing, and estimation policy, aggregating and delivering hourly or sub-hourly interval data, submitting five-minute Settlement Quality Meter Data (SQMD) to CAISO, and reporting communication issues. Data must be delivered to the City and its partners by SFTP or made available through an API. CAISO reporting is optional and may not be required at award. If selected, it includes annual affirmations of compliance with approved SQMD plans and biennial self-audit attestations, including review of meter-testing documentation, identification of audit findings and corrective actions, and reporting of applicable resource IDs, auditor, and audit period. The initial contract runs for five years from award. Proposals must include fixed yearly pricing for MDM and audits, with separate pricing and any bundled-service discount, plus hourly rates for proposed staff.
