Description
Jurupa Unified School District seeks qualified contractors to provide student transportation services, including special education bus service, small passenger vehicles, field trips, and coach transportation. The contractor will furnish, operate, and maintain vehicles and provide the related personnel, dispatch, equipment, and support needed to serve district programs. The district may award one or more contracts and does not guarantee a minimum number of routes, trips, hours, or dollar volume. The contract is for five years beginning July 1, 2027, with an optional one-time five-year renewal. Proposals must include an organized response covering the firm's qualifications and experience, transition and implementation, customer service and support, equipment, and exceptions to the sample agreement, as well as pricing and the required forms. The solicitation also specifies extensive vehicle, driver, safety, training, dispatch, and insurance requirements.
