Description
The City seeks a contractor to install 15 city-furnished Flowbird multi-space pay stations and associated concrete pedestals. Work also includes removing and disposing of existing posts and foundations; salvaging and delivering signs; installing new, salvaged, or city-furnished signs and new posts; installing or restoring pavers, concrete, and asphalt; and removing and replacing sidewalk sections. Traffic control, striping, mobilization, and demobilization are also included. The project is specified as a 25-working-day construction effort. The bid package requires a 10% bid guarantee; performance and payment bonds, each at 100% of the contract price, are required from the successful bidder after award.
